Trello/Jira Account Consolidation

I'm using two different email accounts for Trello and Jira and can't consolidate due to org constraints. I need help on how to manage this.
My Jira account is on one domain and used by my company. My Trellos are using a different account but we are guests of another company we are partnered with. Without having to have them re-register 80+ guest accounts on both their Trello and Box, we need a solution.
