Transition screen not showing when drag and dropping

Hi all,

I added a transition screen to encourage people to add a comment on a specific transition (to explain why they put a ticket in the "Waiting" status).
-create a screen containing a custom field and comments (by default).
-edit workflow to bind this new screen to a transition
-add validator (field required validator) on comment field
-publish the workflow

It works well from the ticket view : a pop shows the transition screen with the comment field, but it does not work from the Active Sprint board view. I mean when drag and dropping the ticket in the Waiting Status area of the swimlane, the error message is shown but the screen pop up does not show up.

Most of the team uses the active sprint view, so this is annoying.

Hi @anthony.lapalus I just tested it and it works for me... but the true is it did not work first time. I cleaned cache in my browser. I don't think it could help, but something happened and it's working now. Can you try to do the same?

You're right !
I only tried to refresh my browser, but it was still failing.
It worked after cleaning the cache.
