(Transition) screen in backlog

Hey guys,
is it possible to add a (transition) screen if I create a issue from the quick creation in the backlog screen?
We sometimes use different Tempo accounts in one Jira project for the billing and this field is mandatory.
I already tried to set a screen here but it doesn't work like this..

You can not add a transition. This is made so you can quickly add issues. You can however click the three dots on the right and open the create screen. You could edit that screen to contain what you need.
