Transition Condition on Workflow

Hello,

I try to put a simple condition on transition i.e.

'Only Assignee can execute this transaction"

But its not working.

Any help will be appreciated.

Welcome to the Community!

First of all, please confirm if you have been published that respective workflow after adding that condition, if not then please publish it. Unless until you publish the workflow the changes won't apply.

The second one is check if you are the assignee of that respective issue that you are now executing the transition.

If the above points didn't help to solve your issue then please attach the screenshot of the error that you are getting while executing the transition.

Could you please check if you have been correctly configured and added that condition to that respective workflow only, If yes, then please open the issue on the new tab and in Admin --> Permission Helper, provide the details like the User ie Abdillah and the permission ie transition issue so that it will point out you to exact problem where it is.
