I have created a support ticket to facilitate this transfer.  It can be accessed over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23/JST-869180

Our support team will need to confirm that we can disable the new admin experience with your consent to be able to make this transfer.  Once that has been changed, you should then be able to make this transfer.

Regards,

Andy

Hello @mahdifanidisfani

Reviewing this document that outlines circumstances under which organization can and cannot be merged, which scenario applies to you from the flow chart?

https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/should-i-merge-my-atlassian-organizations/

This other document explains how to tell if you have the "improved user management" mentioned in the first document.

Your post is tagged to indicate you are using the Free version of Jira. Is that correct? If you are using a paid version you should open a support ticket as indicated in the message. In case you are truly using a Free version, I have added a tag to your post to alert Atlassian Team Members to your request for assistance.
