My email address holding the Organization title - ORG

In a few days, I'm leaving the company and I want to transfer it to my replacement.

What is the easiest way to transfer this title to another email address?

Does this page on transferring Account Ownership help?

Or this page on Organizations, specifically adding new administrators.
