Hi I need to Transfer JIRA software a from an existing organization to a newly created organization. I couldnt find any details or info regarding the same

it's very easy to move products to another organization, the process is explained here : https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/transfer-products-to-another-organization/

This will be available in admin.atlassian.com then Settings -> Details and you can transfer products from this page.
