Tracking number of transitions on a Kanban board

Lars Böhnke

Hey community 👋We're using a Kanban board with a few columns, for example, 'In Progress' and 'Design Review'. When something in design review comes up, we move it back to in progress. So far so good.

Now I'd like to know which items moved back and forth between status quite a bit to have a conversation starter in our review. When a ticket moved back and forth a lot that could have several reasons (poor story description, too few conversations, poor implementation etc.)

Any ideas how I could get that?
