Traceability report - show the Jira issue if linked to a test cycle

We work with Jira and Zephyer.

We link a Test Cycle to a Jira issue, when create a Traceability Report by the Zephyer, by Folder or Release version it does not show the issue.

If link direct to Test Cases, it is.

At Zephyer Test Cycle has the issue at the traceability tab.

What we should do to have it in the Traceability Report ?
