Hi,

In the reports section I have a report that shows issues resolved by user and a drop down to select daily/monthly/yearly by month but there is no option to see the all time count.

We will soon be moving away from the platform and would like to get some clarity on how has everybody done so far.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

Looks like I found what I needed in a gadget called issue statistics.

Hi Boyko - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The question is how are you determining who the user was who resolved the issue?

If it is the assignee then you can create a filter for that project - something simple like project = ABC AND statusCategory = Done (or you can use AND Resolution is not empty)

and save that.

Then create a Dashboard and add a gadget for Issue Statistics. Use Assignee as the Statistic.

That will give you a count by assignee for all of the resolved issues for that assignee.

Hmm, isn't that what I suggested? haha
