Too slow to use jira cloud in Korea

I am considering to use Jira for our team.

We are just small company with less than 10 people.

So I'd like to use Jira cloud but the site speed is too slow.

I'd like to know it will be better, If I pay.

Hi!

I would say it's obsolete, as Atlassian improved that bottleneck via AWS
