Too many requests while openning any of the Jira tasks or any jira links

Query : 

when this issue occurs until i clear the cash and unable to access any of the jira links regarding the projects . please let us know why this issue comes and how to resolve it permanently

Hi @Anjaneyulu Inturi 

 

one of the potential reasons might be that there is a limit of 500 API requests per second and when you get this error that means your user has crossed this limit, how:

1- your user has run some automation rule/s that generated a huge amount of requests 

2- you have added some marketplace application that works on certain actions on your jira and that application has triggered the big amount of requests in the backend.

 

again the above is just one of the potential reasons that might lead to this error, but of course Atlassian support would be able to give you the right answer.

I would recommend doing what you've mentioned in your above post: create a support request with Atlassian here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact and be sure to mention your error type and the Log reference.
