Too Many Issues to Display the Backlog

When viewing the Backlog of a board, I'm getting an error...Too many issues to display the backlog.

When I run my filter, it is pulling 578 issues.  The max is 5000 issues.  I've tried logging out and back in to no avail.  I've never seen this error before and I've been using Jira for years.

Any ideas?

Can you share with us the filter for the board?

How have you determined that the filter is selecting only 578 issues?

When I go to the filter here is what I see at the bottom.  576 now :)

Do other users have the same experience trying to view the board backlog?

Have you tried another browser application or a private browser window?

I tried a private browser window and it worked.  I cleared a bunch of cookies and now it works.  Sorry to bother you, I should have tried that first!  Thanks for your help!
