Offlate we are experiencing timming out of JIRA/Confluence frequently (sometimes varies between 15-30mins). We use IE, Chrome browsers. Would you know why?

There was some strange behaviors with whitelisting in my experience that cause odd timeouts. Once remove, no issues.
If you are still experiencing issues even with no whitelist, then you may want to contact Atlassian support to check on your cloud site.
