Hi,

We use Jira Cloud with Activity Timeline add-on.

I have a timing ussue.

I create a ticket in Jira (timezone europe/amsterdam) and lat's say planned start date is 17th Mar 4.00 AM:

When I open Activity Timeline and put the ticket in someone's schedule (Planner view), the start date shifts to 17th Mar 3.00 AM:

That is UTC I guess? But all our user JIRA accounts are on Europe/Amsterdam.

We use date/time fields.

Jira standard setting is :

Timeline panel config says: Time zone shift/fix setting in the Advanced Settings section must be set to 0 in case of Date/Time mode. But i can not find the setting.

Does anyone have an idea or solution?

Kind regards,

Walter

Hi @Walter_ehrenhard

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I think that this behavior usually means the Activity Timeline app is interpreting dates in UTC rather than your Jira user's timezone. Even if your timezone is set to Europe/Amsterdam, the app may apply its own configs.
Did you check the app’s documentation for any timezone module?

I think you should contact the vendor, as this is controlled by the add-on rather than Jira itself.
