Timestamp for Jira Cloud Incoming mail handler jira issues

Hi!

I have an active incoming mail handler, I create issues from emails.

Any idea how I get/include the email receveice time/date into the created issue?

(in the email it is in the email header section, just that the handler cuts the email header info.)

Thanks for your replies in advance!

@Mezősi József The creation date on the issue should be very close to the received time/date in the header.  The email handler runs every couple of min so that should provide the information you are looking for.

This was not the question, since the sent date is more relevant.
