Clockwork provides you with this functionality.
With Clockwork, you can use the Worklog attributes feature to define the type of task done for a Worklog. You can set fixed values, making users pick from these, or allow users to add values for each Worklog created.
It is also possible to use an automation rule with API to automatically populate the Worklog attribute based on set conditions or for all created Worklogs.
