Is it possible to add a time tracking field in the Issue details view on a KanBan board?

Yes, it is possible.

expect so but it depends on your exact expectations and the type of project and if on server or cloud. Can you provide a screenshot of what you see and where you want to see this info?

Steps :-

1. Go to Kanban board configuration

2. Select Card Layout

3. Add desired time tracking field.
