For larger teams (more than 10 users), the license price isn’t a fixed per-user fee — it depends on your Jira user tier. You can easily calculate the exact cost for your team size on our Atlassian Marketplace pricing page.

So, to summarize:

• ✅ Free for up to 10 Jira users

• 💡 For more than 10 users, pricing scales with the Jira user tier (check the calculator at the link above).

So once i get the license do they apply to entire site users or do i assign each licence to a user?

3rd party apps need to be licensed to the number of users licensed for Jira.

Once licensed all users can use the 3rd party product, unless the 3rd part product has its own permission features.
