Are there any suggestions?
We have multiple vendors providing JIRA DM support for our company. In trying to setup "Time to SLA Plugin" to calculate SLAs per vendor. I can setup SLA definitions for each of the vendors. However, I cannot find a way to only calculate the time a defect is assigned to a specific Assignee or Assignee Group within each SLA definition. How can this requirement be supported.
Use Case: Defect created and assigned to Vendor 1. Vendor 1 spends 1 hour working the defect until assigning the defect to Vendor 2 to work. Vendor 2 spends 5 hours and then assigns it back to Vendor 1 for confirmation and closure. Vendor 1 spends 1 additional hour to confirm and close.
SLA Calculation: Vendor 1 = 2 hours; Vendor 2 = 5 hours
Note: For the above Use Case, the defect status does not necessarily change when it is reassigned to a different vendor.
