Time sheet plugin issue

Sumeetmol Vasavan
March 4, 2015

Hi,

In the time sheet plugin the time logged against each status gets merged into the final status whenever the ticket goes through the status cycle.

Is there any way to get the time in each status at that point in time? I mean that the times logged against each status should be preserved, and not merged into the final status.

Example

Ticket 1

Status

Development - time logged 1h

UAT testing - time logged 3h

Prd deployment - time logged 5h

When I look at the time sheet it only says as below

Prd deployment - time logged 9h

instead of showing the breakdown by each status.

Is it possible to view the breakdown by status for the time logged?

Thanks,
Sumeet

You can't get it unless you use a plugin like Tempo and capture the type of work in a worklog attribute. Or you will have to write a custom plugin to record it based on current status and use it later for reporting.
