Tickets with Unassigned Sprints Should Get Moved to Backlog

Hello, for one of our projects, if a created ticket has no assigned sprint, it doesn't appear on the project backlog. For some reason, this is the issue only with this project and not any other project. Does you have any idea why this may be happening?

Hi @Kaladin Stormblessed ,  Check if the JQL filter for the board associated with the project is filtering out issues without a sprint. If the filter is set to only show issues with a sprint, issues without a sprint will not appear in the backlog.

Go to the board settings and check the Filter Query under General. Make sure it’s not filtering out issues without a sprint.
