Hi all. On my project we have 2 boards, one for story tickets and one for bugs. Lately we found that on the backlog view, bugs assigned to the sprint are all listed correctly in each teams filter, but when looking at the active sprint view, many bugs are not appearing. When using the "view issues in JIRA" from the backlog view, it also lists the tickets correctly, and all the settings that are part of the filters are the same - same team, same sprint, same status - but they are not visible in Active Sprint. Any ideas?
I have the same issue. There are no quick filters set, and there is only one criteria set as the board filter. That criteria is correct. There are a few tickets that are not yet complete that are not showing up. However most of the tickets do show up. They are all assigned, all have story points, and are all the same type of issue as the ones that do show up.
This can happen if you have swimlanes configured by Epics but Epics are not included in your board's filters.

Hello Jan_Dan,
please see your board settings and in the general menu check the filter query

I've the same issue, one item is visible in the backlog, in the sprint, but when I select active sprint view it disappears...
The filter is not the issue because it is the board filter and the issue is visible in the backlog view
