Hello @Arensa Prasta

What issues are missing?

Can you check the Type of the project you are using? To find that information go to the View All Projects page under the Projects menu.

Since you say you used the Project Management template, I suspect that you are working with a Work Management (aka Business) project. For the board of such a project the display of issues has some limitations.

1. Issues that have been "done" (in a green colored status) for 2 weeks or longer will be hidden from view. This is hard coded, not configurable.

2. Subtasks show up as a collapsed list under their parent Task. You have to expand that list to see them individually. And they will show in the same column as their parent Task, not in the column the corresponds to the subtask's status.

Does that explain your missing issues?

If not, can you provide a screen image of what you are seeing, and details about the missing issues?

@Trudy P Claspill @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ thank you both for your answers. My project is a business project, company managed. I am attaching two screenshots:
One shows the total number of issues I have in Not Run status (5668 issues) while the board only shows 3000 issues. Screenshot 2024-06-07 at 6.28.46 PM.pngScreenshot 2024-06-07 at 6.28.03 PM.png

Hello @Arensa Prasta

Jira Work Management project boards are limited to displaying 3000 issues.

Thanks for the clarifying screenshots, @Arensa Prasta

It appears that @Trudy P Claspill has gotten to the heart of the matter.

Hi, @Arensa Prasta

I fear your premise is incorrect unless I am missing something or misunderstanding.

The Atlassian project templates have built-in filters. For example, in the Board template below, only two issue types and three statuses are expected.

I suspect your missing issues do not meet the right criteria, or they live in a different project.

Knowing which template you're using and providing screenshots may help us better understand this.

Best,

-dave
