Hello- Is there a best practice for where tickets in Ready to Deploy should be visible? Currently, any tickets in Ready to Deploy are included in the backlog, and this gets confusing in terms of keeping a clean/ordered backlog.  Thanks for the help!

Hello @Sarah Ergen

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Are you working with a Scrum board or a Kanban board?

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project?

What does the "Ready to Deploy" status represent to your team? Does that mean the work is done? Is that the final status for an issue or does the issue transition to another final status at a later date?

Can you show us the Columns and Statuses mapping page for your board?

Hi @Sarah Ergen ,

Have a look at the configuration of your board. In the "Columns" section.

Maybe the "Ready To Deploy" status is mapped to the "Backlog" column.

Best regards,

kris
