For some unknown reason I cannot view tickets that are unassigned and in To Do.  The filters are only active for me and this single project but not for the rest.

How can I solve it?

Hello @felipe_sanchez

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Did you create this board, or are you just using a board that somebody else created? Are you an Administrator for this board?

Do you have any Quick filters activated in this Backlog screen? If so, deactivate all the Quick filters to see if the issue appears.

If the issues don't appear after disabling all the quick filters, then the next question is whether or not the issues are in a status that is not mapped to a column of the board. If you are an Administrator for that board you will be able to check that configuration by clicking on the ... button in the upper right corner, then selecting Configure Board, then selecting Columns.

If you can provide us with screen images of what you see, we can help debug this further.
