I'm suppose that the problem is with CMY color schema of attached image file.

How to deal with this?

Yes, it sounds like JRA-20072 but I'm not sure if this is the same.

As it turned out, the ticket with attached JPG in my Jira instance takes very long to open and produces slightly different exception in log:
