When a user creates a ticket, we would like it to be validated by a short list of people before entering the backlog or before being integrated in a sprint. Is it possible ?
This would be useful to limit duplicate or inapropriate requests.
You should change your scrum board filter so that it excludes tickets that have not been validated yet.
A common way to do this is to add a status early in the workflow (something like "Validation") that only a short list of people would be able to transition. Once the ticket has been validated, it would appear on the board as the new status would be included in the filter.
