There used to be numbers in the top right corner with the up/down arrows that told you which number ticket you were on in the queue. Is there a way to get this back?Screenshot 2024-12-12 at 6.01.08 AM.png

Hello @Amanda Warren

I believe what you have used is the Filters (Filters -> View all issues, View all Filters), it looks like that (On the detail view there are arrows)

JQL no queues.png

I suggest instead you create a Queue :

Make a queue.pngWith Queues you can organize your work much better, including making your own filtered with JQL Queues. For more info :  https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-queues/

I hope that helps, be sure to accept the correct answer as solution for anyone who may have a similar problem and looks for solution. If you meant something else, please let me know. I will be more than happy to help you :)
