×Bonjour,

Merci

I see now that you are using a TMP project. Do the issues appear in the backlog? What status are they in when created? Can you copy the text from the error message and translate here?

Hi Jack,
the exact message in the pop-in is :
"Changes are saved, but the ticket is not visible
For the ticket MED-117 to be visible, it must match your project and filters, and have a status assigned to the table."
And yes I can see the tickets in the backlog.
When I create a ticket, the status is "To do". Maybe I'm not aurthorized to see this "To do" tickets ?

If it is in your backlog it will not show on board until you move it there. When using the Backlog feature new issues will appear in the backlog where they can be planned. Are you using Scrum or Kanban?

How can I see if i'm using Scrum ou Kanban ? And how can I disable the Backlog feature (I did'nt had this problem before, just for a few weeks)

Hi @Philippe ISRAEL ,
The Backlog feature can be disabled under Project settings > Features. Just toggle it off. I suspect someone toggled it on. Regarding scrum versus kanban you can disable or enable Sprints (scrum) in the same Features setting section just mentioned, though I suspect you are using kanban as sprints/Scrum is a very obvious board behavior.
