Ticket details are not coming in webhook attachment_created event

HI

I am not getting any ticket details in the webhook event attachment_created, attachment_deleted events.

scenario :- While ticket creation attachments uploaded in description. attachments info was not coming while ticket creation webhook event called issue_created.

can any once please help me on this issue.
