I have setup JIRA to have multiple verticle columns (To Do, In Process, QA, done, etc..). I can see how long a particular ticket is in a column, say "in Process" 4 days, but when I move the ticket to QA the aging starts over. How do I find out how long a ticket has been in EACH column until it reaches done so I can see if there are trends?
