I got this error message yesterday when I was signed into another instance and hadn't closed the browser.
It's a pretty generic error message but in my case it was due to some sort of authentication clash because I had another window open with another Google account signed in.
Basically the first thing I do when I get this is close down some browser windows and log back in.

I refreshed the page a few times previously and it was still broken. I gave up, went and did something else for a while and tried loading the WBS Gantt chart app (this is what I was trying to do when I got the error and it worked this time ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
