Hello,

I installed Jira 9.3.1 on Linux Centos 7 and mySQL 8. But no matter what I do, I can't find a solution to the error I'm getting below. I looked for a solution to the problem but couldn't find it. There was this bug in 7.x and it was fixed. However, I keep getting this error.

Although I want to install Jira Software, it detects it as Jira Core.

I also want to install Jira Service Manager on the same server. What should I do.

This version of JIRA is unrecognized by the Atlassian Marketplace. It might be a non-standard build or be too new to appear.

Hi @Erkan Agir and welcome to the community!

Your license type shows as Commercial which tells me that it is Jira Server.  This is an important distinction because Jira Server is no longer being sold as a new product and is going end of life early next year.  Instead, you need Data Center for on-prem or sign up for a Cloud subscription.
