In the scheduled trigger provide the JQL to get the related issues/work items to be actioned on during the rule.

Set a JQL like; status in (Completed, Done)

Hi @Aruni ,

The scheduled trigger by itself doesn't provide individual issues/work items to evaluate. You could try to:

• Add a "Lookup issues" action that finds bugs in your project
• Then add a "For each" branch to iterate through those issues
• Place your status condition inside the "For each" branch
