I am admin of Jira but while integrating with MS LOOP with Jira i am getting below error.

This app requires access to a Jira site which you don’t have or don’t have the permission to access

Hello, Good day. Make sure you are using the email address which has admin permission on Jira cloud site. 

 

While integrating the MS loop, the error is coming from Atlassian URL or MS side?. Could you share a screenshot with the URL in the browser?
