There is no sub-task issue type in team-managed project

It seems that someone had removed sub-task issue type from team - managed project. 

When I click "add issue type" there is no option to add subtask back. 

Any ideas how to manage that?

I deleted the subtask issue type from a team-managed project and I see the possibility to add it back. 

I had a screen before the one you are showing, which is the 'Create issue type' screen. Are you an admin for this project? Is this impacting multiple projects or just one? You might need to open up a ticket with Atlassian as I was not able to replicate this issue.

@Valerie Knapp no, I do not have this view :/ I just see the "Create issue type" popup

Do you know @Natalia Cholewa , if there were ever any Subtasks created before the issue type was removed? I wonder if this is some kind of bug. Have you opened a ticket with Atlassian?

@Valerie Knapp thank you, I opened the ticket. Actually I don't know if the sub-task was ever used :/ I joined this project when it was already in progress
