there is uploaded ticket story my sheet has 500 ticket but somes are uplaoded some not how can i found and upload all ticket form sheet

some are upload with this formate but some are not so how can i check and uplaod again this is bluck now how can i found this ???


and now bluck is not happening form CSV

What information is in the error log that is linked in the first message you received?

We are a user community, and users of our own Jira instances. We cannot access the error log that is located on your Jira system because we don't have access to your Jira system.
