Hello. There is a problem with copying the project. When trying to copy the project, an error appears, I attach the image to this question below. At the same time, I have all the rights to create copies of the projects. What could be the problem? Please help

The error message clearly states that you do not have the sufficient permissions. Did you check both?

• Deep Clone for Jira - Project Clone Global permission
• Browse Projects for the project you want to clone

If you are 100% sure that everything is ok in terms of permissions, I would recommend you create a ticket at the vendor help desk here:
