There is a possibility of editing the story properties in DONE status.

Hello,

My case:

I moved a Story/bug to status DONE (in my image status DONE and In Production are a part of the same status category)

and immediately i changed a few properties in the issue, Ex: flag it or remove the flag, change version..

but i still find the story in future sprints.

Does it mean its not DONE.?

I suspect the below possibilities.

• Once an issue is moved to DONE it means DONE - no more changes. :) 
• but if there are changes, i should not be able to edit the issue (but i can)

Any help on this is much appreciated.

Hello Sudarshan TS,

In Jira "Done" issues are determined by its resolution, that is, issue without a value on the resolution field is not "Done" at all regardless of their current status.

You may want to edit your workflow to promt your users to set a resolution once the issue reach the Done status o to do it automatically by a post-function.
