There is a option to create a sub-task equals to parent?

Hi,

I'm thinking in a option in Jira issue like:

More --> Copy to Subtask

Where after click in this option, a new sub-task is created equals to parent.

There is possible?

there are a couple of possibilities:

• As @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- mentioned, clone the issue and convert it to a sub-task.
• Exocet: You can create sub-tasks with fields already prefilled
• Create on Transition: With this app, you can create sub-tasks automatically when you perform a transition.
• And yes, there are tons more apps in the marketplace...

What do you mean be "equals to parent"?  What is the equivalence supposed to be?

You would probably want to clone the issue, then use "convert to sub-task".  There are a couple of add-ons around that can do this in one action, take a look in the marketplace for them.

Yes, you can use this app Automatic Subtasks Pro and then use this option:
