The whole team cannot connect to the server

We are all using Google chrome and we cannot reach the server for some reason. 

 

We have allready deleted all the cache.

Hi @Fabion Baromeo,

as it seems that you are using a self-hosted Jira, you should ask your server admins why you can not access Jira.

This is a community of Atlassian users and we can not help you with this problem.

Indeed - "cannot reach" suggests a network problem, rather than a server problem, although it is a bit vague.  When you talk to your admins, give them the actual behaviour - does it churn and timeout, give you an error message, or a blank screen?  etc.

Our Admin restartet the server, and it's working again!
