I have just recently started a new job at a company that manufactures products and provides software solutions for use with them.
At the moment all support is conducted through emails as well as quality claims for the products. Jira Cloud is used only for internal use to log all of the information. I do not feel like we are using the service to its full potential.
My question to the community:- Is Jira the most suitable tool for this application? If so, how can I tailor the service to maximise its use?
