The transition linked issue is not working as intended

When tryinn to use the Transition linked issue post-function offered by JIRA misc extensions for "cross-project" action, it does not work.

My workflow post-function initiating the "transition" is basic and have no custom post-function
The workflow it is supposed to affect does not have any condition or validator

What do i do wrong ?

Did you look at the logfile (atlassian-jira.log)?
