Hi there,

Thank you always for your amazing product!

I have a question. In our team project, the timeline is not visible to specific users. What could be the possible reasons for this?

1. Users are managed by the JIRA administrator, so there should be no differences in how users are created compared to others.

2. Other users can see all features, including the timeline, in all open team spaces, but specific users can only see issues and filters (even when given administrator privileges). Please refer to the attached screenshot.

3. When accessing the timeline URL directly, it displays "ERROR: 114ZF0O (?)". I couldn't find any information about this error online, so I am having trouble resolving it.

The screenshots are in Japanese, so they might be hard to understand. Please feel free to ask if you need any additional information.

Thank you.

Hello @Katsumoto OSAKI

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

The error code shown in the message is really just a tag added to log files to help find the log information relevant to the error. The only way to get such problems resolved if the keep happening is to open a support case directly with Atlassian. That can be done by your product, site, and organization administrators at
