The subtask templates do not work anymore since the upgrade to version 7.4

The subtask templates do not work anymore since the upgrade to version 7.4 I don't see my old templates anymore and can't create new ones.

When I want to create multiple subtasks to an isssue, the error message "An error has occurred, please try again!" appears.

I think the add-on providing sub-task templates is not compatible with 7.4. You'll need to contact the vendor for an updated version.
