I create automation workflow for the auto create issue. Although the strategic area is auto set, I can't get the auto set history.

Not sure if there's any configuration setting or a way to control what the history captures. However, I would suggest a work around, if it continues to be an issues. Would just set an action to comment on the issue to let users know that the. field has changed and it would be captured in. the. history.
