The start date does not appear in the schedule

Hi

All my incidents or tasks has the start date and the final date, but in the schedule doesn't appear the start date, only the final date. When i tried to define the start date from schedule, appear this message: cannot define field "start date". Not on the right screen.

 

Please help me with this problem. Thanks.

Hello @Juliana Pardo 

Welcome to the community.

Are you working with a Team Managed project or a Company Managed project? It will say which at the bottom of the navigation pane on the left.

Are you working with a Business/Work Management project, Software project, or Service project?

Can you share a screen image of the the schedule where you are trying to define the start date and the message you receive? And can you provide an image of the issue showing that the start date is already defined?
