The Department of Computer Science of the University of the Armed Forces ESPE requires to know if the community license is annual or perpetual.

Hi Jenny - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The standard Jira Software license for Jira Cloud can be either monthly or annually. However, educational institutions might qualify for free licenses.
