Hello,

I'm sorry for the possible errors in English, this is not my native language.

In Jira Software, when I try to add the "Average Number of Times in Status" or "Average Time in Status" gadget this message is displayed "The resource /rest/chartplugin/1.0/timeinstatus/config/statuses, was not found."

Hi @henriquegranatto

To get this info you need app Time in status for Jira Cloud

This tool lets you monitor time in status and average time in status data at Jira Dashboard. Additionally, there are other reports that can be useful for you (assignee time, status entered date, status count etc.)

Also if you on the classic project you can consider The Control Chart which allows you to assemble and evaluate the overall Cycle Time and Lead Time. But it is useful for quickly understanding the overall situation in a project.

But if you need more detailed data and using a next-gen Software project as part of the new Jira Software, the first app will be better.

Best regards
